A mechanical engineer with advanced training in engineering management, Jorge brings extensive expertise in structures, audits, and maintenance oversight. Before joining Strewreib in 2014, he spent 14 years in the aviation industry as a structures engineer, maintenance auditor, and post holder. Today, he is a BCAA-approved auditor and continues to strengthen his skills through international safety and audit programs.

Eddy joined Strewreib in 2008 and today leads our Continuing Airworthiness function, acting as the primary liaison with the BCAA. With deep expertise in regulatory compliance and technical oversight, he ensures that every aircraft under our management meets the highest standards of safety and conformity. Eddy is also an active member of the Safety Committee, contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal safety culture and processes.

Tugba holds a masters’ degree on Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. She joined Strewreib in 2012 and is an experienced Project Manager. She managed many delivery and redelivery projects. Attendance at DGCA airworthiness reviews of several countries.

Jorge has more than 30 years of experience in our industry. He has an Engineering degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Armed Forces in Venezuela, and a Master's degree in quality systems. He is an ace in airline maintenance management and has extensive experience in ISO9000 IOSA & FAR 145 implementation. Jorge attending Safety and Audit Courses all over the world.

Eddy joined Strewreib in 2008 and today leads our Continuing Airworthiness function, acting as the primary liaison with the BCAA. With deep expertise in regulatory compliance and technical oversight, he ensures that every aircraft under our management meets the highest standards of safety and conformity. Eddy is also an active member of the Safety Committee, contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal safety culture and processes.
We perform on-site inspections, borescopes, cabin and structural
surveys to assess and document the condition and airworthiness status
of the aircraft.

We prepare accurate airworthiness status reports, configuration
summaries, and compliance listings to support audits, operations,
and transitions.
We coordinate with aviation authorities to ensure approvals, conformity,
and full regulatory acceptance for engineering or airworthiness matters.
